Healthy and Delicious Squash.

The seasonal squash harvest is upon us with so many varieties and flavor profiles that are not only delicious but, a very healthy addition to your diet. We will learn about the different types of squash, storage and reserving and the best preparation techniques.
Featured dishes are, Butternut Squash Ravioli with brown butter sage sauce and Acorn Squash gratin with Hazelnuts.

A rich and elegant french classic, Chef Candy will demonstrate the techniques of this slow food original featuring Tender stewed Chicken in a robust Burgandy broth. Nibble on another French Classic, the appetizer Souffle while we construct one of France’s signature dishes.

Find out the difference between chopped, diced, minced and pureed while learning basic knife skills. Featured Dishes are, Tortellini and Sausage Soup with Kale and Cream of Brocolli with White Cheddar Soup
